Dry Pistachio Baklava:
Baklava with Pistachio is prepared by using 44 layers of phyllo on average. Among its ingredients is pistachio which is cultivated in Antep and is also known as “dry pistachio baklava is cooked in a wood fire for 160°C 45minutes. Its syrup with sugar, boiled at around 110°C is added.
